Our Story

Lady Bedford is credited with the invention of Afternoon Tea in 1840. Although it began as a solution for curbing mid-afternoon hunger, it soon evolved into a social event and an opportunity for ladies to meet with friends, catch up on news, and discuss events.

Karen loves to visit Tea Rooms with her two daughters wherever they are. Her love for party planning, vintage china, history, and baking result in fun, delicious, and memorable Traveling Tea Parties.

We infuse traditional Afternoon Tea with whimsy and modern flair to create the perfect way to celebrate events such as Birthdays, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, and Anniversaries.
